the 2nd Air Division, Eighth USAAF and its English friends in WWII.
This story is about a mission that turned devastatingly deadly when the
445th Bomb Group was almost annihilated by a force of some 150 German
fighters. 29 0f 35 planes never returned home.

collection of CD's tells the amazing story of how a force of 35 heavy
bombers was almost devastated on Sept. 27, 1944 while going to Kassel,
Germany. 29 of the 35 planes never returned home although some did
make it back to friendly controlled territory.
